The most common size is the 8oz glass jar, and then the 16oz jar, but Willow Ridge Candles offers other sizes, especially for a wholesale custom order. Here is what we offer:
4oz tins/jars | 8oz glass jar | 16oz glass jars
4oz sizes are what most use for promotional orders, or subscription boxes. The 8oz and 16oz sell the best in retail stores.

BILLING
is via credit card or Paypal. A down payment/partial payment must be made for all orders and before I ship your items out to you.
SHIPPING
information will be provided once tracking numbers are created. If you're a local store, you may request to pick up at location and if you want me to deliver, as long as it's within a 10-mile radius, there will be no fee.
PROCESSING TIME
General bulk/wholesale production time can range weeks upon receipt of the deposit, depending on the size of the order. Depending on the size of the order, until and I cannot start production until that point. I will be happy to provide an estimated processing time based on your candle needs! If you are inquiring about an especially large order, please allow sufficient processing time. A general estimation is 2 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, DAMAGES
Once an order goes into production it cannot be refunded. Please cancel within 24 hours of payment. Once specialty items such as custom labels, fragrances, containers, etc are ordered, the deposit cannot be refunded. If you pay the full amount up front, you will, however, be refunded 50%.
Should any items arrived damaged, please take and send photos to me immediately so I may assess and properly handle the situation.
