The most common size is the 8oz glass jar, and then the 16oz jar, but Willow Ridge Candles offers other sizes as well, especially for a wholesale custom order. Here is what we offer:

4oz tins/jars | 8oz glass jar | 16oz glass jars

4oz sizes are what most use for promotional orders, or subscription boxes. The 8oz and 16oz tend to sell the best in retail stores.




Pricing will vary depending on the desired candle size, and for bulk orders, quantity needed. Please email me at elissa@willowridgecandles.com I will reply at my earliest convenience which is usually within 24 – 48 hours.

Bulk and wholesale pricing are available for large-quantity orders for occasions and opportunities such as:

  • Subscription boxes (customizable)
  • Pre-order promotions for authors
  • Wholesale in retail stores [Brick & Mortar]
  • Wholesale online retail stores
  • Personal special occasions such as weddings, baby/bridal shower, and party favors, you name it!


Payment can be processed BILLING is via credit card or Paypal. A down payment/partial payment must be made for all orders and payment in full is required before I ship your items out to you.


SHIPPING information will be provided once tracking numbers are created. If you're a local store, you may request to pick up at location and if you want me to deliver, as long as it's within a 10-mile radius, there will be no fee.



General bulk/wholesale production time can range from 1-4 weeks upon receipt of the deposit, depending on the size of the order. Depending on the size of the order, supplies will not be ordered until the down payment is received and I cannot start production until that point. I will be happy to provide an estimated processing time based on your candle needs! If you are inquiring about an especially large order, please allow sufficient processing time. A general estimation is 2 weeks.



Once an order goes into production it cannot be refunded. Please cancel within 24 hours of payment. Once specialty items such as custom labels, fragrances, containers, etc are ordered, the deposit cannot be refunded. If you pay the full amount up front, you will, however, be refunded 50%.

Should any items arrived damaged, please take and send photos to me immediately so I may assess and properly handle the situation.
